When you Make a Purchase

When you make a purchase on our website, you share contact information that is necessary to conduct the transaction and ship the purchased product to you.  In addition to the regular registration information (name, username, password, and email), you also supply a shipping address, billing address, and phone number, which remain with your account as a convenience so you can make additional purchases but is never shared with anyone (except our payment processors as needed when a purchase is made).  You can always log in and edit your account details.

Math on the Level is Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliant.  We do not allow entry of and do not store any sensitive payment on our website.  During the payment step of our checkout process, you are transferred to or (whichever you select) where your payment information is entered and processed.  This seamless integration of our shopping cart with these secure payment processor websites helps make sure your financial information stays fully protected.

Website Forum Privacy

When someone visits and participates in our website Forum, there is the ability to post questions and/ or make comments.  When that is done, you may use an alias (username) that completely hides your identity. Creating an account on involves providing personally identifiable details (your name, username and email), which are stored on our system so we can interact with you.  We do not verify the personal information you enter except whether you have provided us a valid email.  Forum posts, comments, and interactions reveal only your username and the content of your post; we never make your name or email viewable. 

Forum Instant Messages

We reserve the right to use any comments or user reviews submitted to us or posted on this website for marketing purposes.
