After you purchase an e-book product, you are automatically logged in to our website and are sent an email with your unique log-in information (username and password). You also receive a separate email receipt which contains download links to your purchased ebook products. (Note: if you use the purchase order payment option, your initial receipt will show only the purchased items and a pending order status. Once we have confirmed your purchase, you will get a second receipt with the download links.)
If you are still logged in, then you can open the email receipt and click the download link provided for each downloadable product you purchased. This will automatically open your default web browser, take you to the download page, and automatically enter the Download_id for you.
- If you have logged out of our website, then you will need to first log in again using your username (usually your email) and password. Then click the download link(s) in your email receipt.
The 9's Down Math Facts ebooks are pdf files which can be opened using either Adobe or Foxit Reader. The Math on the Level Support Package is a zipped archive containing several files which can be opened by your operating system or any archive program (Winzip, WinRar, 7-zip, or other).
Too many download trys
Occasionally, a customer whose internet connection gets interrupted will run out of download attempts and still not have a readable or usable file. If that happens, please send us an email using the contact us link, and we will make sure you get your downloadable product.
I lost my downloadable product
If your computer crashes or you accidentally deleted your downloadable product, send us and email using the contact us link – be sure to use the same email as when you purchased the downloadable product – and we will be happy to send you another "Download-info" email you can use to get a free replacement copy.
Log in username and password
Normally, our website uses your email as your username along with a password. However, it also allows you to change both username and password.
- If you have forgotten your username, click this lost username link, enter your email, and click Submit to have it sent to you.
- If you have forgotten your password, click this lost password link, enter your email, and click Submit to receive a temporary login token that lets you log in. Remember, unless you have changed it, your username is your email, not your first and last name.
After you successfully log in, you will be able to access the download area and use the download link(s) received in the Download ID email. The "Your Details" tab provides a way to change both User Name and password along with email and shipping address information. (Our website does not store any financial information.)
